Work Area 1 (WA1) focuses on building the foundation of the LiveNet network by identifying livestock advisors, stakeholders, and organizations across all 29 participating countries. It begins with mapping existing advisory networks and developing a strategic and operational framework to guide the network’s structure and activities.
WA1 will oversee the launch and support of national networks through training, structured exchanges, and collaborative events. Throughout the project, it will foster ongoing knowledge exchange and networking across the EU. Importantly, WA1 will also develop a long-term sustainability plan to ensure the LiveNet network continues beyond the project’s duration.
