Work Area 6 (WA6) focuses on the overall coordination and management of the LiveNet project. It ensures the project runs smoothly, meets its administrative, financial, and contractual obligations, and remains on track with timelines and budget. WA6 also serves as the formal liaison with the European Commission and other relevant stakeholders.
Quality assurance will be maintained through standardized procedures and management tools, while risks will be continuously monitored through a dedicated risk management protocol. A Data Management Plan will guide the handling of research data, ensuring compliance with FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable). Additionally, WA6 oversees knowledge and intellectual property management to maximize impact and ensure responsible data use throughout the project.
