Work Area 5 (WA5) of the LiveNet project, led by CONSULAI, focuses on Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation (CDE) to ensure project results are effectively shared and generate long-term impact. WA5 employs a multichannel strategy—combining newsletters, videos, articles, scientific papers, social media, and the project website—to engage diverse stakeholders such as farmers, advisors, researchers, and policymakers.
Key outputs include eight newsletters, 93 videos, 50 media articles, and at least five scientific publications. A special emphasis is placed on visibility through the LiveNet website and consistent social media presence. Twenty policy briefs will also be developed to inform EU policy and support CAP planning. Monitoring is conducted using defined KPIs, and partners must regularly update a CDE Monitoring Tool.
Under Task 12.3, AUA collaborates with all project partners to identify user needs and define the core functional and technical requirements of the LiveNet digital platform. This platform will be seamlessly integrated into the Advisory Agrihub. To ensure it meets the real-world needs of advisors, members of EU advisory networks will be involved through surveys, workshops, and focus groups. In Task 13.2, AUA leads the design and development of the LiveNet digital platform, which will host the IAPs as well as training materials such as virtual demonstrations and webinars. The platform will prioritize usability, interoperability, and integration with the other EU advisory platforms, contributing to the broader goal of creating a unified digital gateway through the Advisory Agrihub.
WA5 ensures that LiveNet’s innovations reach the right audiences and contribute to improved livestock advisory systems across Europe.
